Your Educational Qualification Should Be
For Civil Panel, Criminal Panel, and Jail Visiting Panel: An advocate having three years’ experience at the Bar on the date of notification of advertisement. The candidate should have experience of handling the matters of High Court for the minimum prescribed period either independently or under the senior member of the bar.
For Mediator Panel: An Advocate should have received forty hours of training as a mediator and well conversant with the High Court Rules for drafting of appeals/ petitions and parole/ furlough guidelines.
